Please believe me when I say it is so worth it. We are both on BIOTIC protocol programs to restore our bodies back to a natural balance. I've lost 25 lbs just since Jan 07. I am a diabetic (type 2) and I have gotten off insulin shots and one diabetic drug in the last year. I've got one more diabetic drug to go and about 160 lbs. The insulin put 85 lbs on me I didn't ask for or eat to get...I made dietary changes and got off the insulin and by the time I was on the Biotic protocol for 3 months I dropped the avandia drug.(also big side effect is weight gain). We are also OFF all processed foods. Nothing out of a box. And NO Sugar. the bag of sugar on the grocery shelf, bleached it is not a natural product.,, Splenda, also a chlorinated product. Oreo cookies...engineered to be ADDICTIVE... really...Go to the health food store and ask them for some reading material on food companies in America. It will shock your socks off.
